Four Day Sessions from 9am to 1pm

Campers will learn and be able to demonstrate the following:
• Basic grooming equipment and grooming
• Parts of the saddle and bridle, cleaning tack and tacking their mounts
• Five major parts of the horse, basic colors and breeds
• Mounting and dismounting techniques
• Appropriate riding skills for their including but not limited to: walking, halting, posting trot, riding a figure eight, posting diagonals, cantering and recognizing leads. Jumping at instructor's discretion.

Cost

• $160 per session
• Children can attend as many sessions as they choose.
• 20% discount for second child
• Children with their own horses - $100 per session
  
• A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at registration in order to hold a slot.
